[FDE] FileVault

[Sable Cantus]

FileVault only encrypts the users home directory ~/ and anything in there.
Not system files or regular applications.  FileVault is AES 128 which is
good encryption (I use it) but I would rather which to a full disk
encryption method when we standardize on one.
