[FDE] New Hardware Technology

I've recently been involved in the development of a new hardware disk
encryption technology that has been certified under both FIPS (140-2
Level 3) and Common Criteria (EAL-4 augmented to AVA_VLA3).  How can I
get this product added to the list on FDE?
