[FDE] New Hardware Technology

Hi Bob,

I maintain 2 separate list of FDE products:

The first one merely a listing of various FDE solutions, and to be
added to that list just send me all the info for each column.

The second is a analysis of various FDE solutions that I have tested.
To be added on that list, you will have to send me the actual
product,I will perform an analysis and then publish the results.
