[FDE] auto-encrypt all external storage devices

It seems to me that this would only be possible with a UBS version of the
Seagate Momentus 5400 FDE.2 hard disk. In a TPM environment Wave Systems
Corp. allows to bind FDE drives to a particular platform and/or to a
particular domain. But I don't know when UBS enabled Seagate FDE.2 drives
will be available.
