Bill,
Do you use IBM / Lenovo laptops? If so, the newer laptops come with
Utimaco which is FDE capable. One unique feature about Utimaco is that
it can tie into TPM. This can make the key management aspect easier.

On my desktop I use Compusec. It is FREE, uses AES, has SSO and
credential management, provides pre-boot authentication, and easy to
use.

Their full version also has support for 2-factor authentication
One other option is use to Seagate's new Full Disc Encryption drives
where everything is encrypted by default. By merely enabling the ATA
Drive Lock, you have full disc encryption. No need to load any
additional software.
