[FDE] More criticism of the Orion Quantum Computer

I think everyone was cheering and encouraging D-Wave before the launch
and even during the launch. However the criticism came about due to
lack of evidence and details provided by D-Wave. D-Wave so far has not
provided any details on how their quantum computer works.

The existence of patents does not imply that said chip actually works
as described in the patents.
