well that is why I was looking for a File/Folder based encryption
utility. We are already using TrueCrypt for creating encrypted vaults.
But the problem with that is once you move the file out of that
encrypted vault, it is in clear-text.

With EFS, which is a file/folder encryption, the file remains
enccrypted as long as it is on a NTFS partition. But as soon as we
move to FAT32, for example, the file gets decrypted.
