I don't think that the statement saying that Seagate is the "the first Full
Disk Encryption enabled Hard Drive" is correct.

The company I work for have been producing FDE hard drives for the last 5
years

Thales also produced a similar product called Guarddisk (although I believe
this is now discontinued) I've also seen a similar product produced by a
Chinese company, but as their UK importer has disappeared I can't find any
trace of them, although I saw their product displayed at Infosec London 2005.

Can you or Saqib add my Employers Product to your list of FDE products
