I just want to specify that I'm talking about FlagStone Corporate which is
the version we can sell to anybody. There are other versions certified for
Government use which have restrictions on who we can sell them to, but I'm
talking about the Corporate version for now.

>What recovery mechanism is available for someone forgetting his password
(home use and corporate)?

When you get the FlagStone you receive a 30 digit PAC code. When you use the
FlagStone for the first time you need to enter the PAC code and set an
initial password, which we also call the recovery password. We recommend
that you change the password as soon as possible and store the recovery
password in a safe place.

When you get locked out after entering an incorrect password 5 times, you
need to re-enter the PAC code and the recovery password and you will be able
to unlock the drive and then you can use it normally again. If you don't
have the PAC code and the recovery password you, or some unauthorised third
party will not be able to access the data on the disk.

> Is there any limitations on BIOS type/version

I'm not sure I understand the question. FlagStone is compatible with most
Dell IBM/Lenovo and HP laptops. We're also compatible with most Toshiba and
Panasonic laptops although some models may need a BIOS upgrade to work with
FlagStone.

>Is there any limitation on HDD size, speed and type (IDE, SATA, SATA2)?

The FlagStone is available as a 30 gig drive with a SATA or Parallel IDE
Interface. We currently only produce drives in the standard 2.5 inch form
factor.

There is a 60 Gig drive available but this is slighty larger than a normal
2.5 inch drive but does fit in some Panasonic and General Dynamics Laptops.
