[FDE] Two different lists?

There seem to be two different lists of "winners".  

 

The DoD/ESI list includes PointSec, see

But the GSA/SmartBUY list does not.  See

I can only guess that perhaps something broke down in the contracting
phase??

 

Thanks for the clarification on the ISC product, BTW.  It's good to know
that others are supporting Suite B.
