[FDE] FIPS IronKey fully encrypted USB Flash Drive.

In this first release, Windows XP or Vista is needed to setup the 
device, generate keys, format the secure partition, etc.

We are testing on Mac now to unlock and use the device as a secure 
flash drive.  We have linux working in the lab now.  Once we have 
that, I guess we can add Solaris and other Unix variants.   We'll add 
these to the device as soon as they are fully QA'd
