[FDE] PointSec for PC v6

As far as I know, Pointsec for PC (FDE  only) does NOT require setup
of a MS SQL server. All it needs is a network share (accessible via
UNC). It stores all the info on the network share in a encrypted
format which can only be decrypted by the Pointsec Administrator.

If you are using the Pointsec PME or PDP (policy based encryption)
then you need a SQL server.
