very interesting, confirms that traffic analysis is often
far more cost effective than content analysis

for my curiousity, what is that interesting little symbol
after the period in the sentence ending with "hackers." ?
(for me, it is a box labeled "SPECIALS" top and bottom,
with "FFFO" on the left and "FFFD" on the right with a 
large question mark in the center)
