[FDE] Sun to free the Key Management Software (KMS)

The API that is. Nigel Dessau, Sun's SVP for storage marketing and
business ops writes in his blog that they will freely share theirs KMS
APIs which are how the KMS talks to an encryption device. This will
allow other devices employing encryption to manage the keys using
Sun's KMS.
