[FDE] Momentus Drives and Linux/OS X

I am currently looking at options for implementing FDE on my organization¹s
laptops. I am particularly interested in the Seagate Momentus drives but I¹m
having some difficulty finding the information that I am looking for.

90% of my users are running Windows XP, with the remaining 10% using Red Hat
Enterprise Linux and OS X. Are Momentus drives compatible with EXT3 and HFS+
file systems? Is there an enterprise management tool out there for
administering these drives that is supported by all three client operating
systems?
