[FDE] Dell offers Seagate FDE.2 and TPM management suite

Can anyone please  elaborate on what is included in this offering from Dell/Wavesystems. The title reads "Remote Administration Server Pilot Software".. Is this  only intended for running a limited time pilot (demo)? Is is possible to purchase licenses for additional computers? How much will it cost?
