[FDE] Dell offers Seagate FDE.2 and TPM management suite

Can any please  elaborate on what is included in this offering from Dell/Wavesystems. The title reads "Remote Administration Server Pilot Software". Is this  only for running a limited time pilot (demo)? What if I want to purchase support for additional computers. How much will it cost?
