[FDE] truecrypt to support FDE of system partition

I have posted the Benchmark results for TrueCrypt 5.0 FDE at the following URL:

Benchmark Software used: PCWizard
Benchmark System used: Dell Latitude D620 | 2GB of RAM | 120 GB HDD.
Encryption Algorithm used: AES

Summary: Buffered Read and Buffered Transfer Rate was almost halved
after TrueCrypt FDE was enabled :-(. Access Time for large file (250+
MB) increased by 11%. The initial encryption of the 120 GB HDD took 2
hours.
