[FDE] NIST statistial test suite for pseudorandom number generator

As you know NIST present some statistical test for quality of randomness sequence. I want to know if I want to check my sequence what's the easiest way to do it!, It's very hard for me to implement all 22 test, do you know specific software or library that prepare all of these test, or does anyone have some thing like this?
